SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship to the UK, Europe and internationally and aim to ship your orders within 2-3 working days. At busy times, this may take slightly longer. Orders sent outside the UK can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive; please be patient! You will be sent a tracking number so you can locate your order at all times. If you are having a problem locating your order, please send an email to: info@elliotorganics.co.uk.

Shipping is free for all orders over £60 with code FREESHIPPING.

If you would like to change a size or have an issue with one of your garments, please send an email to: info@elliotorganics.co.uk. Just quote your order number, explain your problem and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns for an exchange or refund will be accepted up to 28 days after your order date.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot take returns on briefs that have been tried on. Refunds will not be issued for returns which have been marked or damaged in any way.

As of January 2025, we will no longer be accepting returns on items bought in a sale.
